This is the part that I was most excited about. Oliver originally told me NO, it's NOT possible. But after a week or so he came back with a breakthrough system that makes it so that you have a central command center for all of your content, but you can also push down articles to be written to writers desks.

Share the page with the writer and all they have access to is the content they are supposed to be writing along with all of the attached information like deadlines and categories.

This way, writers don't know what the other is writing about. Alternatively, simply use the main board and keep every writer in sync. However you choose to use it, all of your content is under one roof, no need to dig in endless Google docs trying to find the appropriate article.

Important caveat: There is one central board that can push articles to be written to team desks (for your writers). That way, each writer doesn't know what the other one is doing. Because this is a workaround of Notion's databases there is a caveat: the information cannot be pushed back to the main overview board


So a VA or yourself needs to update the status on the main board and take the finished text from the writer's own boards. This is not ideal but this is the ONLY way to have this system within a Notion board. Oliver has stretched the capacities of notion here but this is something you need to be aware of.

  • What is Notion?
    Notion is a note-taking app on steroids. Don't be stuck with the note-taking part as I was, it's much more. The power comes from the ability to add databases and more to your pages that makes this so powerful.
  • Is Notion pro required?
    You do NOT need Notion pro. It's extremely generous in the free personal tier as it offers unlimited blocks and pages, with a 5mb upload limit and 10 collaborators.

    The one limit that might hurt is the 5mb one for the site assets. In this case you can use Google Drive or similar and simply point to the Google Drive link instead of uploading the asset to Notion.
  • Is this just a simple template?
    I hear you. When I heard about Notion, Oliver showed me everything there was out there. Truth be told, most of them have the bar set REALLY low so if you are afraid of this being "just another Notion board", I get you.

    All I can tell you is that there is NOTHING out there like Content Conveyor Belt™ . Nothing as complete for Niche Site owners and bloggers. The writing area alone cost a lot of time and money to develop and it's unique.

    Also unique are the templates & prompts. These come from Oliver & I's own internal files.

  • Does this come with training and support?
    Notion is by itself an extremely intuitive app that you don't need training for. However Oliver proposed to shoot some videos just to make things that much easier.

    As for support, please be warned that it's minimal. We are both busy people and lifestyle comes first. While we tested every feature beforehand, and will do out best to sort any problems, if we can't we will simply offer you a refund within 30 days.

    Not being harsh or anything, this is first and foremost an internal tool that we are sharing with others. So if you are not comfortable with tinkering a bit and Notion, please don't get it.
